Qualifications to play OhjhO
Your use of the OhjhO website signifies your agreement to be bound by these Policies. Furthermore, if you do not agree to be bound by these Policies by checking the “acceptance box” in the space provided, you may not access or otherwise use the site or play the game.
You must be 16 years of age or older to play OhjhO.
Employees of OhjhO and their families are prohibited from winning prizes.
You must complete the registration process completely and accurately. Prizes will be refused to players whose profile if found to contain errors or omissions.
You may play multiple OhjhO games simultaneously but you may only play any one given OhjhO game once.
Some OhjhO games are sponsored by private individuals and are playable on an invitation-basis only. Un-invited players are prohibited from playing these private games.
Use of Automation is Forbidden
You agree not to use any automated aides for solving the puzzles. OhjhO, LLC. maintains sophisticated measures to detect and deter automation. If you are found to be using automation to solve puzzles you will be disqualified and possibly suspended from future games. Approved tools for solving puzzles are pen, pencil and paper. All other tools may be considered automation.
Winning
There is no cost to play OhjhO in order to be eligible to win prizes. Some of the private games may ask for contributions and/or donations but these are always voluntary. Invited players may opt out of contributions to private games and still play those games.
If you win, you may be required to present proof of your identity and proof of your address to claim your prize.
Prize money will be delivered to you by mail using the mailing address in your registration. You are responsible to ensure that we have the correct mailing address.
OhjhO, LLC. will make all reasonable effort to deliver prizes to you within 30 days of the date that you win. OhjhO is not responsible for delays in prize awards that are beyond our reasonable control.
You are required to report all prizes won to your local, state and federal departments of revenue and you are responsible for the tax liability associated with your prize winnings as well as any penalties associated with your failure to appropriately report your winnings to tax authorities.
Termination
You understand and agree that OhjhO may, in its sole discretion and at any time, terminate your password, Membership, Account or use of any Forum, and discard and remove any content posted or submitted by you to any Forum. OhjhO may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue any Forum or limit or restrict any Member's access thereto, for any reason. You understand and agree that OhjhO may take any one or more of these actions without prior notice to you.
If it comes known to OhjhO that you willfully and intentionally violated any of our Sponsors rules or manipulate their website, games, software, or communications, OhjhO will terminate your access and your Account.
You may terminate your player membership with OhjhO at any time by requesting in email or US mail to the contact information provided on the “Contact Us” page. Your request should be clearly marked with the subject “Request for Termination”.
Trademarks, Copyrights, and Patents
All trademarks and trade names are proprietary to OhjhO, LLC. Most noted of the trademarks and copyrights is for the name “OhjhO” and “Games of Fortune” and “Treasure Token” and all related artwork.
Other trademarks include “Daily-O”, “Big-O”, “Private-O”, “Charity-O” and “ZerO”.
The game of OhjhO and its functions and software are patent pending.
Except as otherwise provided herein, you may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, edit, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever, any materials from this website or any other website owned or operated by OhjhO, LLC without the prior written permission of OhjhO, LLC.
Making or distributing screen-shots or any other physical or electronic reproductive facsimile of an OhjhO puzzle other than those expressly provided by the OhjhO game controls, is considered copyright infringement and subjects you to civil prosecution.

This Privacy Statement is applicable to OhjhO, LLC. doing business on the internet under the domain name of OhjhO.com.
OHJHO, LLC. respects our player’s concerns about privacy and has created this Privacy Statement to explain how the information that we gather from our player registration will be used.

You understand and agree that all players will receive certain communications from OhjhO such as notice of new games, notices of prizes, satisfaction surveys, changes in services, administrative messages, service interruption notices. Use of Information
In order play OhjhO, you will be required to register and create an "Account" with OhjhO, LLC using the registration page of our website. There is no cost associated with creating an account or with playing the OhjhO game.
You may edit the information in your Account at any time.

You will be identified on the OhjhO website by a user name that you will select. OhjhO, recommends that you select a user name that does not contain any personal information that could reveal your identity to others who might view the site.
OhjhO, LLC. will use your personal information to contact you to notify you of games that you are authorized to play. This will include a daily email to enable you to connect to the Daily OhjhO game. You will also receive email from us for any other OhjhO games that you are qualified to play and this would include the sponsored “Big Stakes Games” (Big-O). Email from OhjhO, may include embedded advertisements from our sponsors. This helps us fund the prizes that you win.
OhjhO, LLC. may disclose your Personal Identification Information if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable state or federal law, a subpoena, or any other legal process. OhjhO, LLC. may also disclose your Personal Identification information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Service or to protect the safety of our users or members.
Demographic Information
Demographic Information includes city, state, zip code, birth date, income level, gender and marital status.
Some of your demographic information will be used to qualify you for sponsored games that are targeted for players in your demographic segment. Also your demographic information will be used by OhjhO, LLC for internal marketing and business planning.
Demographic Information may be shared, sold or leased to 3rd parties. However, OhjhO will not include your Personal Identification Information in that transaction.
Additional Data Collected
From time to time OhjhO, LLC. will send you voluntary surveys to try to improve our game and website. At no time will responding to a survey be required in order to maintain your account with OhjhO, LLC.
OhjhO, LLC. will also collect players game statistics such as games that you have won, your scores on games, and the amount of money you have won. This information will be displayed on our website and your user ID will be published along with these statistics. Hence, your user ID should not reflect your true identity.
User Name and Password
OhjhO, LLC. requires that players have a password and user name. We advise that you consider using a unique and original password and user name to help insure your privacy and internet security.

You must also read the Policies and indicate agreement with those as well before you are able to play any OhjhO games.
There is no cost to play OhjhO and no product purchase is necessary to win. Your purchase of any products from OhjhO or any of its sponsors will not improve your chances to win.
In some games (particularly the high-stakes sponsored games ), you may be asked to submit a secret code that requires you visit a sponsor’s location. You should not play these sponsored games of OhjhO if you are unable or unwilling to travel to complete this final step in the game.

Do begin to play a game unless you are ready to play the whole game. This is a timed game and there is no way to pause the timer. The elapsed time to complete a puzzle is used to determine the winner(s) of the game.
Anytime that you are playing a game of OhjhO, you will playing against many other players and your chances of winning are unpredictable and based on the number of players and their skill relative to your skill.
Playing the Game
You will be given a list of words or phrases (keys) and a field of empty interlocking boxes.
Some of the keys from the list are to be used to fill the empty boxes.
You are to type the keys into the empty boxes until you find a combination that solves the puzzle.
NOTE: a key does not have to fit exactly into a row of boxes. In most cases there will be one or more empty boxes at the beginning and the end of a correctly placed key. You cannot count the empty boxes as a means to determine which key fits in those boxes.
NOTE : shared letters in the keys are always oriented at the intersection of the empty boxes.
When you think that you have the correct orientation of keys on the puzzle, press the SUBMIT button.
If you are correct, the game stops. Otherwise you will be notified to keep trying.
The UPDATE LIST button will show you what words you’ve already used and what words are left.
The CLEAR PUZZLE button is a convenience for when you just want to start over.
The I GIVE UP button is for if you want to quit before finishing the puzzle. If you don’t quit using this button then the timer will continue to run indefinitely and your score will look very bad. Once you have given up you cannot play that specific game again.
Scoring
The winner of the game is the person(s) with the fastest time to finish the puzzle correctly. If there are ties, then the prize will be split amongst the winners in equal amounts.
Completing the Game with a Treasure Token
In some games (particularly the high-stakes sponsored games ), you may be asked to submit a secret code after you have completed the game. You will be given instructions on how and where to get the secret code (also known as a treasure token). You must retrieve the secret code from the treasure token and then return to the game and enter the secret code in the spaces provided. You must enter the secret code correctly to successfully complete the game and to be eligible for the prize(s).
Use of Automation is Forbidden
You may not use any automated aides for solving the puzzles. OhjhO maintains sophisticated measures to detect and deter automation. If you are found to be using automation to solve puzzles you will be disqualified and possibly suspended from future games. You may also face prosecution. Approved tools for solving puzzles are pen, pencil and paper. All other tools may be considered automation.
Making screen-shots or any other reproductive facsimile of an OhjhO puzzle, other than what is provided by the game controls, is considered copyright infringement and subjects you to civil prosecution.
Improving your score
With practice you will begin to get better at playing the game and improve your potential to win. You can check the “Best Scores” page to determine your scores over time as well as your score compared to the winners of any particular game.
Players who win consistently or who qualify through consistently scoring well may be classified into “Master OhjhO” class. Those games are reserved only for the best players and the prizes are higher.
The responsiveness of the game mechanism is related to the network that you are on. If you are on a slower connection such as a dial-up modem or a cellular connection, your score may suffer slightly.
The responsiveness of the gaming mechanism is related to the number of simultaneous players. If OhjhO is experiencing slowness due to heavy volume of users you will see an alert to this before you play the game.
OhjhO is optimized to be displayed on a monitor with 1024x768 resolution or better. If the resolution of your system is lower you might find that an entire puzzle does not fit on your screen. This will require you to scroll up and down while you play and that action will cost you precious seconds and hurt your score.
Some convenience controls such as “Clear Puzzle” and “Update List” can be used strategically to help you win. Using those controls can also cost you precious seconds.
Termination
You understand and agree that OhjhO may, in its sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, terminate your account, your password, or your use of any Forum, and discard and remove any content posted or submitted by you to any Forum. OhjhO may also, in its sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, discontinue any Forum or limit or restrict any player’s access thereto. You understand and agree that OhjhO may take any one or more of these actions without prior notice to you.
If it comes known to OhjhO that you willfully and intentionally violated any of our Rules or Policies or those of our Sponsors or manipulated the website, games, software, or communications of ours or any of our Sponsors, OhjhO will terminate your access and your Account.
